María Eugenia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy milk in order to increase her cheese making business.

María Eugenia's story

María is a Colombian woman who came to Ecuador in search of opportunities for a better life, owing to the social and economic insecurity her country is going through. She saw our province as a good place for herself and her family to live.

She has a very hardworking family. She educates her children so that they can have better opportunities than she had, and a better livelihood. She lives and works in the province of Carchi, in the city of Tulcán.

Greatly desiring improvement and getting ahead, she decided to start her business of making artisanal cheeses, using the raw material that is easy to find and acquire.

Her products are distributed in the city of Tulcán and its surroundings. She hopes to access the market of the city of Quito for distributing her products. Lately she has been making mozzarella cheese, which she distributes internally.

María requests a loan to increase her business and buy more milk in order to make more cheeses. She is very grateful for your help.
