Majay's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more pepper, bitter balls, red oil and vita to sell.

Majay's story

This is 45-year-old Majay. She is married and has 10 children, all of whom are currently in school and live at home. For the past 10 years, Majay has had a business selling pepper, bitter balls, red oil and vita. She started to sell with her own savings, and has been managing her sales since that time.

Mary's love for her business continues to grow every day. She likes it because it gives her money and she is proud that it makes her an independent woman. She enjoys interacting with her customers because it enables her to grow her customer base. She has no problem with her business.

Majay is seeking a loan from BRAC Liberia, a Kiva field partner, to buy more pepper, bitter balls, red oil and vita to sell. This will increase her inventory to ensure she meets her customers' demands.

In the future, Majay wants to build a house and send her children to school. She says thanks for your support.
