Joyce's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy cereals such as cow peas, lentils, maize, and beans to sell and, as a humble mom, use the profits to support her children.

Joyce's story

Joyce is a 48-year-old mother of eight who is an icon of success to many poor farmers in Bomet. Joyce is not only very hard-working, but also determined to achieve and remove herself from poverty. Joyce keeps cows on her farm and has a small garden where she plants trees. She is a hard worker who cares for both her family and her farm. Through selling her farm produce, Joyce has gained access to many buyers in the market, and this makes her feel accomplished. Through involvement in agribusiness production, she has been able to earn a decent income. Very determined and dedicated, she has never regretted going into farming.

Although this humble mom has been making profits, not everything has been good, as Joyce faces financial challenges. Because the Bomet area has proven a ready market for cereals, she is seeking a loan to buy cereals to sell and thus improve her income.

You can help Joyce to accomplish all these dreams with a loan, so make one now and get her closer to her goals.
