San Ignacio Group's story

The group called San Ignacio is in the fourth cycle of the women's committee. All work and help each other get ahead. They are friends and neighbors who decided to help themselves to reach their goal together. Their goal is to be someone in their life.

Ada is one of them. She is hardworking and has had to sacrifice herself since she was young. She earns a living making and selling cheesy buns. It is a typical Paraguayan food that is consumed all year long.

She is looking for a means to improve and get ahead with her enterprise since this is how she sustains her family. She is asking for this loan to buy inputs that she needs to continue making the buns, items like starch, cheese, eggs, margarine, salt and others.

Note that the child in the photo is the son of one of the committee members who sign for this loan.
