A loan helped to increase stock for her chicken project.

Jenny's story

Jenny is a hardworking woman. She has a poultry project, which she has been running for two years now. In addition to the poultry, she normally sits at her table market. Her table market income is used for daily expenditures, such as buying food and other necessities that the family requires. Her chicken poultry business is used as a long-term investment. The income from this poultry business is partially banked away, while half is used to maintain the business.

For now, she has applied for a loan to extend her poultry shed and increase the number of chicklets. Taking a loan will help her fix up her poultry shed and buy and stock feed for the chicklets to eat. The healthier the chickens are, the more sales she will make.
