A loan helped to purchase fish for resale.

Serah's story

Serah is a stay-at-home mom who has been in the produce- and fish-selling business for more than five years. With the help of her husband, who is a worker, she helps assist in meeting the family's needs and wants.

She started her business from fresh-produce sales and eventually went into fish. Serah is hard working and business minded, dedicated and loyal, and her family supports her to buy fresh fish from nearby villages and sell them at the main market. The main aim is to grow savings to build a business and look for something big in the future. She has good reputation within and around her community.

Serah is honest and discloses her information, and they are working together to grow their business. She would like to purchase more fresh fish and other seafood to resell them. She now proposes funds for assistance.
