Adila's story

Adila is 26 years old, married, and has two sons. She has a higher education, and is hardworking, driven, and enterprising by nature. She is very familiar with agricultural technology and knows how to invest as directed. Since 2015, she has been involved in animal husbandry as the primary source of income for her family.

Thanks to her hard work and commitment to her business, she was able to develop her farm to include 3 cows, 15 sheep, and 2 horses, as well as 1.0 hectares of irrigated land where she grows potatoes. In order to further develop her farm, Adila applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 170,000 KGS to purchase dairy cows so she can increase sales of organic milk and revenues from breeding cattle. Adila plans to invest the revenue from the loan in further developing her farm to increase the headcount of dairy cows and yields of organic milk, as well as building a house for her family.
