Tupac Amaru Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy staple food products to supply his customers and to have a variety of products.

Tupac Amaru Group's story

Roy, 49, has two children, for whom he and his wife make progress. Currently he belongs to the Tupac Amaru communal bank, made up of 15 members and headed by him. They are considered a stable and responsible group; all of them are hardworking, each one with their own story and goal.

Roy has worked selling groceries and staple products for more than five years. He always tries to offer a variety of products, which is why he's requesting his loan through Kiva to buy merchandise (staple food products) to supply his customers and have a variety of products.

Roy is known as a persevering and hardworking person who doesn't give up and keeps on fighting despite adversity.

All the members of the communal bank are in the photo. So is Blanca, the spouse of Rómulo; she's the second person on the left.
