Sulukan's story

Sulukan is 56 and married with grown children. She has a high school education and has been working in animal husbandry since 1999 as the primary source of income for her family. She has a good understanding of the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and knows how to manage a budget. Thanks to her hard work she currently has eight cows, seven sheep and 25 horses on her farm.

With the goal of further developing her farm, Sulukan has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 KGS to buy livestock to increase her income from raising livestock. She plans to put income from the loan into further developing her farm and improving her family's well-being.
