Burulkan's story

Burulkan, 61 years old, a widow, has three children. Burulkan has a secondary education, she works as a procurer and farmer in a dairy factory. By nature, she is purposeful and responsible. For an additional income for her family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry and field cultivation since 2001.

Thanks to the hard work of Burulkan and the help of her son with the farm, her farm today has two cows, ten sheep and a 3,5 Ha land plot, on which she grows beans and apples. In order to further develop the farm, Burulkan applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of KGS 230,000 for the purchase of seeds and fertilizers aimed at increasing the yield of organic potatoes. The proceeds from the loan will help Burulkan repair the house and purchase a land plot.
