Sulumbubu's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Sulumbubu's story

Sulumbubu is 61 years old, married and has five children. She has a university degree and is a hard-working, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial woman by nature. She knows the technology of running a farming business and is able to use resources appropriately.

As a main source of income for her family, Sulumbubu has been engaged in animal husbandry since 1988. Thanks to Sulumbubu's tireless work and responsible approach to business, her farm today has three cows, 22 sheep and two horses, as well as 2.8 hectares of irrigated land where she grows beans and plums.

To further develop her farming business, Sulumbubu applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy diary cows, with the goal of increasing her income from organic milk sales and livestock breeding. Sulumbubu plans to reinvest the profits from the loan into further development of her farm.
