Baktygul's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy a dairy cow to increase her headcount of cattle and sales of organic milk.

Baktygul's story

Baktygul, 41 years old, is married and has 4 children. She has a secondary education, and by nature she is hardworking, purposeful, and enterprising. She knows the technology of running an agricultural business and is able to use funds appropriately. As the main source of income for her family she has been working with livestock since 1998. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to the business, she has been able to develop her farm to have one cow, 20 sheep, and 0.48 hectares of irrigate land, on which she grows potatoes.

In order to further develop her farm, Baktygul applied to the bank "Bai-Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) to buy a dairy cow with the goal of increasing her sales of organic milk and her income from raising cattle. Baktygul plans to invest the proceeds from the loan into the further development of her farm by buying agricultural land.
