Reda's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sugar, flour, food colouring, and other items to make more sweets to sell.

Reda's story

Reda is fifty-four years old and married with five married children. They all live together in the same house. She has a small business making sweets, and her son, who is a partner in the business, helps her. It has been a craft for parents and grandchildren in this family for more than forty years.

Reda received a previous loan, which she fully repaid. She says that the loan helped her because she had to make sweets for a local occasion. She sold the sweets and, from the profit, paid all the remaining instalments. She is now asking for another loan to continue her successful business.

Reda requests this loan to buy sugar, flour, food colouring, and other ingredients to make more sweets to sell to small shops in her village at a good price.

She hopes that her grandchildren will continue the family's business and make a brand in the family name.
