Gerald's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy matured cassava plantations, harvest, and then sell to raise income for supporting the family.

Gerald's story

Gerald is divorced with five children. He is a low-income earner who engages in agriculture, specializing in buying matured cassava plantations, harvest, and then sell to generate income.

Farming has been Gerald's main source of income for years. It is this business that provides him with the income he needs to provide for his family and also educate his children in low-cost schools.

Gerald has approached UGAFODE for a loan of 1,500,000 UGX to buy a matured cassava plantation. He will use the proceeds from the sale of cassava to educate his children.

Gerald sends his sincere gratitude to the lenders for the financial support that will transform him economically.
