Fanja's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy Barbary ducks and corn to feed them.

Fanja's story

Fanja is married. She is 42 years old. She has 9 children, two of whom are independent. She lives in a rural but accessible village. She practices breeding and agriculture. Her husband sells bananas. Fanja has been force-feeding ducks for three years. She has loyal customers to buy her products. She finds an advantage in this business; her profits help her to develop her agriculture business. Fanja is a partner of Vahatra. She takes loans and this allows her to boost her financial capital. She was able to gradually increase the number of ducks. From the previous loan, she was able to finance the transplanting of rice with her profits. Fanja needs this loan to buy 20 Barbary ducks and 200 kg of maize to feed them. She will resell them after force-feeding then will buy others. She plans to buy a rice field, so her profits will be used as savings. She hopes the lenders support her.
