Belson's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy an electric cream separator.

Belson's story

Belson is 28 years old and is a young entrepreneur who makes a living processing dairy products (milk and curds). He started this business three years ago when he went from being an employee at a dairy processor to running his own business. He began with no financing but only with his enthusiasm and the help of his partner, who works alongside him. Even though this is his first business, the profits from it have allowed him to do additional work, such as producing and selling pigs and basic grains.

With his previous loan, he was able to reach his goal of purchasing an electric cream separator, but it was damaged by the frequent power outages that have happened in the community where he lives. That is why he is seeking another loan from FUNDENUSE, his second through Kiva, in order to purchase another electric cream separator. This will enable him to finance its purchase at a lower cost and without affecting his working capital.

His plans for the future are to continue expanding his business and to build a suitable dairy processing facility with better equipment.
