Ainur's story

Ainur is 57 years old, married and raised 4 children. She has higher education and the neighbors speak of her as a cheerful, honest and hardworking woman. The main source of income for her family is from raising livestock and crops. Thanks to her hard work and her husband's help, Ainur has on her farm today 5 cows, 60 sheep and 6 horses, as well as a 1.8 hectare plot of land on which she grows potatoes.

Ainur has an agreement to deliver organic milk to a local plant for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Ainur applied for 60,000 som (KGS) from Bai Tushum Bank after learning that she can receive the loan based on her contract for future deliveries as part of the product "value chain". She will buy a dairy cow to increase her sales of milk. Payments for the milk from the plant will be deposited directly into her bank account and loan payments automatically deducted. The income from the loan will help Ainur further increase her herd size and improve the material well-being of her family.
