Salima's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy seeds to increase the yield of organic cabbages and tomatoes.

Salima's story

Salima is 62 years old, married, and has three children. She has a secondary education, and by nature she is ambitious and responsible. Since 1975 she has been engaged in growing crops for her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work and her son's help with the farm, at present her farm has a land plot of 0.45 hectares on which she grows cotton, persimmons, grapes, and corn.

In order to further develop her farm, Salima has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 60,000 som (KGS) to purchase cabbage and tomato seeds in order to increase her yield of organic cabbages and tomatoes. The funds from the loan will help Salima to finish renovating her home.
