María Silvina's story

Maria is a dedicated and hardworking woman. She studied until 6th grade since her parents didn't want to send her to school any longer. She is married and her husband is a farmer. She is the mother of 3 who already live away.

For all her life she worked in domestic services. Since she was a child, her mother instilled that work. She works in homes washing clothes and ironing to bring some money to her family and support her husband with household expenses.

In addition, her father taught her to grow bulk grains and to care for cattle. She decided to start a new job and requires a new loan to buy chickens to fatten them and then sell them. In addition, she will buy materials to build a pen to raise the animals.

Maria dreams of continuing to generate an income to get ahead.
