Jemma's story

Meet Jemma again!

Jemma lives with her husband and three children (aged 5, 7, and 11) in Karmravan village. The area where they live is considered to be an under-served region. Although the family meets many obstacles in earning a living, they never lose hope for a brighter future.

Agriculture is their main activity and source of income. On their inspiring farm, they keep cows, heifers, bulls, sheep and chickens. They also cultivate wheat on some rented land. Through their sales of agro-products, the family sustains a living, so both Jemma and her husband put all their time and effort into developing their farm.

Having this in mind, Jemma applied for financial support. With the loan provided, she plans to purchase forage and to pay for plowing and sowing of the land. Jemma strongly believes that these enhancements will help them to have a more productive farm and increase their agri-business income. She is full of hope and will work hard to create a better living for her three lovely kids.
