Victoria's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sugar, vegetable oil, rice, toothpaste, and bath soap as well as ingredients that will be used to prepare donuts to sell.

Victoria's story

This is 38-year-old Victoria. She is married and has 3 children. All of her children are schooling and live at home. Victoria attended school until 12th grade.

She deals in a business selling donuts, sugar, vegetable oil, rice, toothpaste, and bath soap. For the past 15 years, she has been managing her sales without any problems. She learned this trade from her mother and started to sell with her own savings. She sells Monday through Saturday. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. She likes her business because sales are profitable.

Victoria applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva Field Partner to buy more sugar, vegetable oil, rice, toothpaste, bath soap and ingredients that will be used to prepare donuts to sell.

In the future. Victoria wants to educate her children and build houses. She is highly grateful for the financial support BRAC and Kiva have rendered.
