A loan helped to buy purses wholesale.

Empezando A Crecer Group's story

The communal bank "Empezando a Crecer" [Beginning to Grow] is composed of eight members, who are friends and neighbors from their zone. It is led by a board of directors where Señora Gladys is the president.

Gladys, age 52, is a widow and has three children. She now has a business of selling purses. She lets it be known that she learned this business a long time ago.

The loan that she is taking out now will be to increase her capital to buy purses wholesale, which she will acquire from the wholesale sellers from the city of La Paz and later sell at her sales stand. This form of work allows her to generate income to support her family economically.

Her goals are to make her business grow.

Gladys requests that you again have confidence in her communal bank.
