Nigorakhon's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Nigorakhon's story

The 36-year-old Nigorakhon is married, with four children. She has a secondary education and is industrious, goal-oriented, and enterprising by nature. She is well familiar with agricultural techniques and knows how to use resources for their intended purpose. She has been a crop farmer since 2001, and this is her family's main source of income. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach, she has been able to expand her farm to 0.63 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows garlic.

In order to develop her farm further, Nigorakhon has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS), with which she will buy dairy cows, her aim in this being to increase her sales of organic milk and her cattle-breeding income. Nigorakhon is planning to put the income generated by the loan toward the further development of her farm, and also to fix up her house.
