Nursiya's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase a good quality cow, cow fodder, medicine etc. in order to expand her dairy business.

Nursiya's story

Nursiya is a 44-year-old woman from Dakbangla, in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal. She has a family of three and a monthly household income of INR 9,500. She is engaged in a dairy business of her own wherein she rears cows and sell the milk produced and milk products like milk, curd, ghee, cottage cheese, etc. to her neighbours.

She now wishes to expand her business by purchasing a good quality cow and selling more milk. She, therefore, seeks a loan of INR 35,000 from BJS, Milaap's field partner. She shall use the loan amount to purchase a good quality cow, cow fodder, medicine, etc. The loan is expected to help her earn more revenue from her dairy business.

She thanks you for your kind support towards developing her milk selling business.
