Christina's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to stock beverages to sell to raise income to fend for her child.

Christina's story

Christina, age 32, is a single mother of one. She is a woman with a winner's mindset. She does embroidery work as her primary economic activity, accompanied with soft drinks, Payway, and photocopy and mobile money services. She juggles various economic activities to make ends meet for her child and also to support other dependents. Christina started her embroidery business with the savings she accumulated while working as a maid abroad.

To her, hard work is not a major challenge, only the capital, which is not enough. She joined UGAFODE this year in April and learned about loan management and micro business.

Christina is seeking a loan to stock more soft drinks such as soda and water for sale. She will also use part of the loan to boost her embroidery work.

With the loan, she will increase her sales and improve the quality of her life. This will enable her to pay school fees for her child.

She is very thankful for you taking your precious time to read her profile, and hopes for your support.
