Gulzhamal's story

Gulzhamal, age 35, is married and has 3 children. She has a college education and works as a teacher in a local school. She knows agricultural techniques and is able to invest money for its intended purpose. She has been raising livestock as a supplementary source of income for her family since 2013. Thanks to Gulzhamal's tireless work, her farm now has 6 cows and 20 sheep.
For the purpose of further developing her farm, Gulzhamal has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of livestock, with the aim of increasing revenue from livestock raising. Gulzhamal plans to invest revenue from the loan in the further development of her farm and to improve her family's standard of living.
