Familiale Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on lumber in bulk.

Familiale Group's story

Ms. Maya is a client of the microfinance institution HEKIMA and presides over the solidarity group named “FAMILIALE”; she is 40 and a widow with three children, who are all in school.

A vendor of lumber in a warehouse, she started this enterprise in 2000 with startup funds from her now-deceased husband. Later on, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her enterprise and has been working progressively since then.

With this new loan, she will stock up on lumber in bulk, and this will bolster her initial capital. The business challenges are related to unpaid debts.

She would like her children to go to school, and she would like to build a durable house. So, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners lacking cash.
