Nyesigi Group's story

Mahamadou is the gentleman holding the sheep in the photo. An illiterate Malian farmer, he is 52, married, and the father of seven children (four girls and three boys) of whom five are in school. His children are aged 1 to 20 years old. His wife is a homemaker. He is a creditworthy client of RMCR.

For work, Mahamadou raise sheep and repairs stoves. He purchases sheep at nearby markets and resells them at the same markets. And he purchases metals in Bamako and resells them at the same markets. He has over eleven years of experience in business, which has been very profitable for him. With the earnings, he is managing to change his family's living conditions.

He borrows money from RMCR to develop his businesses. For the future, he would like to have a bigger loan for really developing his businesses. Then he could do better at meeting family needs.
