A loan helped to buy chickens and pigs to raise.

Santa Luisa Group's story

The Santa Luisa communal bank was formed in the Curuguaty area, which is a dangerous area affected by the social conflict with dangerous groups. They mention they fight every day to offer better living conditions to their families.

One of the members is Valerian, who is a self-sacrificing and fighter person. She works very hard raising and selling farm animals. She mentions she has a visual problem that makes it hard to read and write but has never allowed herself to be defeated and fights to be of help to her family. She is grateful for the opportunity to keep working since, in this way, she can help her loved ones.

Valerian requests the loan to be able to buy chickens and pigs to raise and, with this, be able to keep working.
