Parpikhan's story

Parpikhan is 57 and married with three children. She has a high school education and has been working in animal husbandry since 1979 as the primary source of income for her family. She has a good understanding of the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and knows how to manage a budget. Thanks to her hard work she currently has two cows and 10 sheep on her farm as well as 2.65 hectares of land where she grows cotton.

With the goal of further developing her farm, Parpikhan has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 KGS to buy livestock feed and livestock to increase her income from animal husbandry. She plans to put income from the loan into further developing her farm and improving her family's well-being.
