Caren Melisa's story

Caren Melisa is a young businessowner who started her business of selling clothing and accessories with the objective of helping the economic state of her household and improving her quality of life. Caren is 20 years old and lives with her husband in the municipality of Soledad. She found a way to commercialize clothing and shoes sales, and sells jeans, shirts, sweaters, pants and shoes of different brands according to the seasons.

With the end of the year approaching, Caren hopes to count on her income to buy merchandise and be able to offer other products to her customers. Right now, she is applying for a Kiva loan, her first financing with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. The money will be invested in the purchase of jeans, shirts, sweaters, pants and shoes amongst other items. This investment will allow this small businessowner to continue strengthening her business with a boost in capital that can expand her market and increase her gross profit to improve the quality of life of her family. Helping her with a business loan will be a success.
