Michel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy steel, hollow blocks, lumber, and cement.

Michel's story

Michel is from Guimba, Nueva Ecija. She is 27 years old and happily married to J-Ar. They are blessed with two children who are still pursuing their studies.

Her business is making rice flakes. This is commonly used as a topping of various desserts in Philippine cuisine, but can also be eaten plain, made into cakes, or mixed with drinks and other dishes. She has been engaged in this business for three years. Her monthly income is worth 14,000 PHP.

She is a good client of Alalay Sa Kaunlaran, Inc. (ASKI) and was entrusted with a loan amounting 50,000 PHP. The loan will be used to buy steel, hollow blocks, lumber, and cement for the improvement of their house.

She wants to have an owned house to live in and to expand her business to get more income.

Michel's dream is to expand her business and for her children to have a better future. She believes that with the help of ASKI and Kiva lenders, her dreams will come true.
