A loan helped to pay for farm inputs and to buy fertilizer to grow more banana crops on her farm.

Resa's story

Resa, is a 52-year-old mom of nine, and among them five are school-going. She is an intelligent woman who has risen to modern methods in the agricultural world. Her childhood was very challenging, and because of this she promised herself that she would work hard to get out of poverty. She strives to ensure that she is able to meet the basic needs of her household. As a caring woman, Resa is very focused on sustaining her family. She sells crops and has a dairy cow and a goat.

In today's world, agriculture has become very dynamic. The methods that are being used in the sector have been improved. Farmers need to use improved farming inputs for effective production.

Resa is seeking a loan of 110,000 KES that she will use to pay for farm inputs and to buy fertilizer to grow more banana crops on her farm. It takes a lot for a smallholder farmer to risk limited available resources to expand a farm business. With your help, she will be able to pay the high cost of farm inputs necessary for expansion.

A significant portion of the profits will be invested back into the business to allow for growth. Resa wants to set a good example and foundation for her children. She really hopes for your help and contribution.

Resa thanks you in advance. Please lend to her and fuel her future.
