Esther's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy farming inputs such as seeds and fertilizer to make profits and improve her lifestyle and support her family.

Esther's story

Living in Kerugoya is a real struggle, but this is not reason enough for Esther to abandon her family. She is a mother of three children who is unwilling to let them suffer, and she injects bone-grinding labor in her business. After making her first profits in agriculture, she felt elevated and decided to make agriculture her main source of livelihood.

In Kenya, agriculture is one of the most competitive industries, especially due to the high costs of operations necessary to improve farming. Such costs include the cost of land acquisition and inputs that have always skyrocketed. To meet the high costs of inputs, farmers have been forced to borrow from financial institutions that sometimes impose very complicated procedures in loan distribution.

Esther has decided to request a loan that she intends to use to buy farming inputs such as fertilizer and seeds. Your loan will enable her to improve her production through the use of quality farm inputs. She will generate more income to repay the loan and improve the quality of life for her family. She counts on your help and hopes for your attention.
