Sputiniki Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE 1 energy system in order to have access solar power for lighting, charging and cooking in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Sputiniki Group's story

Mantsoaki is a 50-year-old woman, who lives in a multi- bedroom house without access to electricity, with four other family members including three children. Mantsoaki works as a civil servant but struggles with buying multiple types of fuel. She spends the most out of her energy costs on gas and paraffin, which cost up to LSL 700 per month. She also spends as much as four hours per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging.

Mantsoaki and the other members of the group in this village each bought the ACE 1 cookstove to help them save money out of what they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free. The ACE 1 clean cookstove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE1 cook stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy
