Mariam's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to pay university tuition fees to become a professional pharmacist.

Mariam's story

Mariam, aged 18, is a first-year student at Akaki Tsereteli State University. She is from the Kukhi village in the Khoni district where her family members live.

At the university, she is majoring in pharmacy. However, it is hard to start her studies at the university as she has no source of income or help from her family. Mariam therefore has sought a loan to finance her first-year tuition fees.

Credo has approved a student loan to Mariam through a joint project with Kiva that gives Georgian students a good opportunity to invest money in their education.

Mariam wants to find a stable job in her field and to generate significant income after graduation. She really appreciates the support from lenders as her life will greatly improve with their help.
