Gvantsa's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to cover the expense of her second year so she gets her bachelor's degree.

Gvantsa's story

Gvantsa is 19 years old from village Chaisbani, Chokhatauri district, where she lives with her mother and father.

Gvantsa decided to apply for a student loan, as she studies at Ilia State University and has no opportunity to meet the educational expense of the second academic year.

Student loans are the joint project of Kiva and field partner Credo Bank, which gives Georgian students the chance to get an education.

Gvantsa studies in the sciences and arts faculty and wants to become a professional psychologist after graduation.

Gvantsa hopes she will have a good wage after graduating with a baccalaureate to create financial stability for her family.
