Daniel's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more inventory for his business and a larger umbrella for protection during the rainy season.

Daniel's story

Daniel, age 72, is an enterprising and dynamic individual. Wanting to generate income to support his family, he decided to start his own retail business of selling food and beverages in the town of Ibague. He is currently widowed and has no children. Daniel started this business 13 years ago.

The loan he is requesting will be used to buy a larger umbrella so that he can avoid getting wet during the rainy season. The rest of the money will be used to buy inventory so that he can become more competitive in the marketplace, increase his clientele, and improve his sales.

Daniel has the drive to succeed and wants to have greater sustainability.
