Carla Ivonne's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy a bale of mixed clothes, a bale of women’s clothes, a bale of blouses, and a bale of jackets.

Carla Ivonne's story

Carla is a 49-year-old woman who is kind, cheerful, and hardworking. She is currently single and has five children, two of whom are dependents. Carla started her business of selling used clothes more than a year ago. She says that she started selling by going house-to-house with her friends, but over time she gained many loyal customers who trusted in the quality of her clothes and would visit her whenever she acquired new merchandise. Carla has always demonstrated friendliness since that has been the key to growing her business.

She decided to request a Kiva loan from MiCrédito. Carla plans to buy a bale of mixed clothes, a bale of women’s clothes, a bale of blouses, and a bale of jackets for the upcoming season when the weather changes. She believes that she will do very well this season because of her efforts and having the help of this loan. Carla will offer a variety of options to her customers such as women’s clothes, men’s clothes, children’s clothes, and home products.
