Vaofa's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy pandanus and also hire women to help in weaving her products.
She runs a business of weaving and she is self-employed. Vaofa has been doing weaving for more than five years now, and she has witnessed the great benefit her family receives from her business, because even though her husband is making an earning, it is still not enough to cover all the family's expenses. Weaving does takes time, but the money she receives is bigger. She weaves taovala and mats from brown pandanus only. When her products are ready, Vaofa sends them overseas and also sells them at the local market.
She is planning on using her loan money to buy pandanus and also hire women to help with her weaving, for she has a very big occasion coming up in December, and it requires a lot of weaving products.
