A loan helped to buy mulberry for her tapa making business.

Kaneisi's story

This is Kaneisi. She is a 49-year-old single mother to one son. She and her son stay in their own home.

Kaneisi runs a business of tapa making, and she is a member of a tapa making group of women in the village. They conduct the tapa making only once every week, leaving the rest of the week for the women to prepare their soft tapa for the next tapa making. Joining the group enabled Kaneisi to make more than one tapa, and she does not need to hire any more helpers. Kaneisi also decorates her tapas herself, then sends them overseas, sells them at the local market to random people, and also posts them on the internet for more viewers.

She is planning on using her loan money to buy mulberry for her business. Kaneisi is running her business with a dream of providing her son a better future by educating him. Help Kaneisi turns her dream into reality, by lending her some money.
