Gregoria's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy construction materials for expanding her restaurant.

Gregoria's story

Gregoria is 61 years old. Her family consists of three people: herself, her husband, and her son who is currently attending the university. They live in a house of their own in the city of Potosí, which is in Tomas Frías Province, Bolivia.

Gregoria sells fried chicken and breaded chicken cutlets. She sells her products in one of the rooms in her home that she converted into a small restaurant. Gregoria works Monday through Saturday from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. She has many customers since her business is one of the busiest in the area. This enables her to generate a stable income.

Gregoria is requesting a loan from Fundación Sartawi with the intention of buying construction materials because she wants to expand her business. Her goal is to generate more income to improve the quality of life for her entire family. Most of all, she would like to see her son finish his university studies.
