Amal's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy 3 sheep to have more milk to make her dairy products.

Amal's story

Amal is a 42-year-old Jordanian woman. After leaving her husband, Amal went through many hardships, especially the way people looked at her, as a divorced woman not capable of taking care of herself, but she was stronger than everything and was able to start a home-based business making dairy products.

Amal wants to expand and support her business, but she lacks the financial means, so she decided to ask for a loan of 700 Jordanian dinars (JOD). She will use the loan to buy 3 sheep so she has more milk to make her dairy products. She hopes to continue supporting her business, and she hopes she'll be able to afford to buy a car to go to the market and sell her products. She aims for a better standard of living.
