Mona's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to pay for her second-grade child's school tuition fees.
Mona's story
Mona is 42 years old, married and the mother of one child who is in the second grade. She manages her own home-based food production business for which she prepares homemade food and sells it upon request. From this business, however, she makes only a small income that barely suffices in helping her husband to cover their family's income. Even so, she works her hardest so as to ensure her child gets a proper education.
For this reason, Mona is acquiring a back-to-school loan product from Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua to pay her child's school tuition fees. Her previous loan was acquired for the same purpose. She wants a successful future for her child, and so she is working hard to stay capable of helping to support her family.
