Edna's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more rice, canned foods, biscuits, noodles, and sugar for her general store business.

Edna's story

Edna is 47 years old and she is married with six children. They live in a community outside Honiara, the capital of Solomon Island.

She runs a small general store business, selling food items such as rice, noodles, biscuits, and canned foods in her community to earn a living. She has been in this business for one year.

Edna has requested a loan to pay for additional rice, canned foods, biscuits, noodles, and sugar to increase her stock and assist her in running her business.

She plans to use her profits to meet her family's expenses and improve her business. She joined SPBD in 2019 to gain access to financial services.
