S-Marie's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped us purchase a commercial convection oven, and acquire equipment to serve our customers and new wholesale accounts.

S-Marie's story

"You are the hardest working person I know." That's something I hear a lot; and it speaks to my personal dedication and deliberative steps in growing Treats4Eats as a partner and solution in providing safe gluten-free, gluten-free vegan and allergen-free products for individuals and food-service. I would have to say that drive was something I learned at the feet of my Caribbean-born mom and dad, especially since my dad ran his own business. The training I received at the former New York-based Natural Gourmet Institute in the Chef Training Program truly supplemented the lessons I've learned becoming a specialty baker and pastry-maker. I am understand the needs of our customers because I too have wheat and multiple food allergies. This truly gives me a direct and very personal experience that impacts the way I carry out and encourage excellent customer service by team members. Treats4Eats was born out of a desire to share great-tasting sweets and food with others that would make their toes curl and evoke feelings of comfort. When I think of the future, Treats4Eats will be a recognizable and trusted brand. We aren't imposters looking to ride the wave of a fad or food trend. We are here to make lives better and more satisfied, one bite at a time. When I started, three years ago, people thought I didn't belong in this space and there were some roadblocks indeed. I'm so glad there were customers and individuals who took a chance on us, an under-dog, and for the doors they opened for us. It's always great to prove other wrong, and more importantly to be of service to individuals just like me who understand "needing 'free from' foods doesn't mean going without" good taste or quality.
