Gulzada is 36 years old, married, and has five children. She has a secondary education, and is hardworking, ambitious, and enterprising. She is well versed in running a farming business, and is able to invest funds as necessary. Since 2000 she has been engaged in animal husbandry for her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work and responsible approach to the business, she has managed to expand her farm to have three cows, 50 sheep, and four horses.

In order to expand her farm, Gulzada has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 250,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows, in order to increase her sales of organic milk and income from breeding livestock. Gulzada plans to use the funds from the loan to further develop her farm by buying dairy cows, and also pay for her children's education.
