Doris Ismelda's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy groceries, personal care products and cleaning products.

Doris Ismelda's story

Doris Ismelda is 62 years old, married and has 7 children of legal age. Her husband is a security guard, and they live in Jaramijo, a place known as “Caleta de Pescadores” (“Fishing Creek”). There is a big amount of small boats in front of the coast, and this is a tourist attraction for the visitors.

Doris Ismelda is an enterprising woman who makes an effort every day to have her own incomes through a decent and honest job. That is why 20 years ago she decided to establish a small store in her house, where she offers all kinds of products to satisfy the daily needs of her customers.

In her spare time, she also sells children and adult clothing, and in this way she’s able to be more profitable to support her household.

She will invest this loan in the purchase of groceries, personal care products and cleaning products. Her dream is to have a shop so that she can continue making her business grow.
