Everlyne's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase farm inputs (fertilizer and seeds) to help a single mom boost her yields and improve her sales so that she can have enough money to educate her children.

Everlyne's story

Everlyne (a single mom of six school-going children) is known among her customers as a lovable and charismatic woman. At her age, she works by looking after her own farm. Living in a poor and third world country has never been an excuse for Everlyne, who has been practicing mixed farming for the past 10 years. She is a single mom eager to get ahead. She lives in the Bungoma area of Kenya. Everlyne was unable to study because of the economic situation that her family faced.

She has always had a liking for farming and even nicknamed one of her cows. She is a very proud farmer and enjoys milking her dairy cows. Her cows produce between 10 and 15 liters a day, and this helps Everlyne support her aging parents and children. She grows crops, but she has not been making good profits because of poor farming inputs.

Using the loan to buy farm inputs and purchase high-quality seeds and good fertilizer will improve her crop production. Modern farming requires the use of modern techniques and, therefore, using high-quality seeds will assure her of a bumper harvest and increased profit levels. Everlyne is very visionary, and her goal for the season is to boost her crop production over the previous year and also build a modern house. All this can be achieved through lenders’ help and goodwill. Kindly click that lend button!
