B. John is 62 years old and married with seven children with five still in school: two at the University and three in secondary school. He also takes care of other dependents. John is into poultry farming in Rukungiri and one of his business strengths is ensuring that his layers give him quality eggs. He hopes to have more hens (layers) to give him more eggs as well as have a decent home and a bigger farm. He sells his eggs to his customers in Rukungiri. John needs a loan to be able to buy more feed and drugs for his hens so that he gets quality eggs from them. He is a hardworking and friendly man and he appears again in the small photo as the leader of his lending group.
